EVENT REPORT — what's on in the kingdom.
All five defenders will demonstrate their skills this weekend in the east field, and the program — just released — is worth the trip alone.
Leo opens with a preparedness drill, which attendees describe as "thorough" and "slightly alarming." Lupa follows with a tracking demonstration. Invictus will show the young ones what steady looks like. Aquila takes the sky — she has formally requested "adequate sky," which the organizers have promised.
Nox closes. Nobody knows what he's planning. He was asked, and he blinked slowly, which in owl means "come and see."
Gates open at noon. Bring the family. Leave the thrones alone — even on demonstration day, the rules are the rules.
